Account Setup

Create your ConnectWyze account, log in, and get your first workspace ready in under two minutes.

What it is

Your ConnectWyze account is the identity that owns one or more workspaces. Every resource — templates, data sources, workflows, generated images — lives inside a workspace. Creating an account also creates your first workspace automatically.

When you'd use it

  • You are new to ConnectWyze and need to sign up.
  • You are returning and need to log in.
  • A team member invited you to join their workspace.
  • You forgot your password and need to reset it.

Quick start (user)

Sign up for a new account

  1. Go to /signup.
  2. Enter your Full name, Email address, Password, and Company name.
    • The company name becomes the name of your first workspace.
  3. Click Create account.
  4. ConnectWyze creates your user, creates a workspace with you as its admin, and redirects you to the dashboard.

Password requirements: at least 8 characters containing an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, and a number.

Log in to an existing account

  1. Go to /login.
  2. Enter your email and password, then click Sign in.
  3. ConnectWyze restores your last active workspace.

Accept a workspace invitation

When a workspace admin invites you, you receive an email containing an invitation link. Click the link — it opens /signup?token=…. If you already have an account, the invitation adds you to the workspace directly without creating a new account.

Invitation links expire after 7 days. Ask the admin to resend if yours has expired.

Reset a forgotten password

  1. Go to /forgot-password.
  2. Enter your email and click Send reset link.
  3. Open the email and click the link (valid for a limited time).
  4. Enter and confirm your new password on /reset-password.

Troubleshooting

Symptom Fix
"Email already in use" on signup An account with that email already exists. Go to /login or use /forgot-password to recover access.
Invitation link says "expired" Invitations are valid for 7 days. Ask the workspace admin to resend the invitation from Settings → Members.
Invitation link says "already accepted" You are already a member. Go to /login.
"Invalid credentials" on login Check for a typo in your email or password. Use /forgot-password if needed.
Password reset email not arriving Check your spam folder. The sender is from the connectwyze.com domain.
Redirected back to login after signing in Your session may be blocked by a browser extension or strict cookie settings. Try a private/incognito window.
