When a workflow re-renders an item, ConnectWyze upserts the image in place rather than deleting and recreating it, so the URL stays the same and a cache-buster refreshes the CDN. Anything pointing at that creative, an ad platform, a partner feed, your own site, keeps working while the pixels update underneath.
