- What is a 'render'?
- One generated image. Whether you generate it manually from the dashboard, via the API, on a schedule, or in response to a feed change, it counts as one render. Multi-size templates count one render per artboard size you ship.
- What if I exceed my plan's render quota?
- We let you finish the run, then bill the overage at $0.025/render on Studio and $0.018/render on Scale. You'll see the overage on your next invoice with a line-item breakdown. We won't pause your jobs mid-flight.
- Can I switch plans?
- Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle so you keep what you've already paid for. Cancel from your settings, no email required.
- How does the 30-day money-back guarantee work?
- If ConnectWyze isn't right for you, email [email protected] within 30 days of your first paid charge. We refund the full first month, no questions. After that, you can cancel anytime to stop future billing.
- Do you support annual contracts and multi-currency invoicing?
